Generally speaking, having a book signed by the author can make it more valuable.  If not monetarily, it can at least increase the personal value in the eyes of the beholder.  I have several signed copies of books in my own personal collection and I think they’re very cool, whether or not they’re actually worth more.  Some people are into that sort of thing, and some aren’t.  I am.  So if you are too, and you have a copy of one of my books that has yet to be scribbled in by me, bring it with you to the Grove City Wine & Arts Festival, Saturday June 14th and I would be happy to do so!
