Luke is aware of two unfortunate truths: Corwin Barnes, a sadistic killer with a bone fetish, is still out there; and someday he’ll come calling.

A year ago, Luke put an end to the bone harvesting operation of the barbaric Barnes, but it wasn’t without consequence. With the help of a team of doctors, Luke has finally dealt with the heart-wrenching loss of his best friend, the heinous crimes he uncovered, and the savageness he found within himself. Despite his scars, Luke has put the past behind him and is getting on with his life. Corwin Barnes is not, however, and Luke could never imagine the brutality Barnes has in store for him.
